These terms describe use of the Better Deals AZ website and Arizona Auction Desk, operated by Austin Sibbio.

Access

The public website provides information about the app. The dashboard is a private tool for its authorized owner. A sign-in link is not an invitation to register or a grant of access. Do not attempt to access another person's records or bypass access controls.

Research and estimates

Auction listings, resale comparisons and search-interest figures may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Active asking prices are not completed sales. Google keyword volumes are estimates of searches, not buyer counts or guaranteed demand. Verify item condition, auction terms, fees and market evidence before making a purchase or listing decision.

No transaction service

The website does not sell auction items, accept bids or process payments. Transactions with auction operators and marketplaces are governed by those providers' terms. The owner is responsible for purchase and resale decisions.

Connected services

Features depend on authorized third-party services and may change or become unavailable. Use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms. Do not submit information that you do not have permission to use.

Availability

The workspace is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or accurate estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
