Privacy policy

Arizona Auction Desk is a private auction research and inventory workspace operated by Austin Sibbio under the Better Deals AZ name. This policy explains how information is used in the public website and connected private dashboard.
Information used
The public website has no registration form or advertising trackers added by us. Hosting providers may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
The private dashboard uses sign-in identity, including an account identifier and email address, to control access. It stores auction items, research, inventory, settings and listing drafts entered or imported into the workspace.
Google Ads connection
If connected by the owner, Google Ads authorization credentials are used on the server to request keyword research. Requests may include product search phrases, a Google Ads customer identifier, language and geographic targeting. Returned information can include approximate monthly search volumes, close keyword variants and historical metrics.
The integration uses these results to display search interest and cache research in the private workspace. It does not create ads, campaigns or budgets. Google may present an account-management permission during authorization; the dashboard's keyword feature uses it only for research requests. Keyword access remains subject to Google's approval.
How information is shared
Information is processed by services needed to operate the workspace: OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for hosting and sign-in, Google for authorized keyword requests, and configured research providers for the research features the owner uses. Research sent to an enabled AI analyst is processed by its configured AI provider. Private dashboard records are not displayed on this public website.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and access
The dashboard is restricted to the authorized owner. Connection credentials are stored separately from public website files. Research and inventory records remain until deleted or the workspace is retired; cached keyword results are considered fresh for 30 days, which is not a deletion schedule. Hosting services may retain backups or security logs under their own policies.
Your controls
You can revoke the Google connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking authorization stops future access but does not automatically delete research already saved. For access, correction or deletion requests, email austin.sibbio@gmail.com.
